What information we collect

When you book: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp, hotel, date and time, flight number if you provide it, number of adults, children and infants, and any notes you write to us.

When you use the chat: your name, your email and your messages.

While you browse: the pages you visit, your language, your type of device, an approximate region based on your device's time zone and the page you came from. We use this to assist you better and reply in time.

Payments

Online payments are processed on PayPal's secure page. We never receive or store your card details.

How we use your information

To organize and confirm your booking, send you your voucher and service updates, contact you before and during your trip, and answer your questions.

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed with your driver or excursion provider to deliver the service, with PayPal when you pay online, and with the services we use to host the website and send emails. We do not sell your data.
